At Cottonwood's Winter themed Saturday School, our scholars made salt crystal snowflakes, beaded snowflakes, ice cream in baggies, They also prepared for the 100th Day of School by making 100 count snack mix and completing a template on things related to the number 100. Our middle school basketball teams have games on Monday and Wednesday, we have a PTO Meeting on Wednesday at 3:30 in Room 11, Family Bingo Night is on Friday, from 5:00-7:00, and Saturday School is on Saturday, from 8:00-12:00. Cottonwood's Middle School Valentine's Activity Night will be hosted by our PTO on Friday, February 13th, from 5:30-7:00. Tickets are $10.00 a person and will include pizza, water and snacks. We are in the homestretch of our basketball season. We have two games this week. Our basketball teams will be playing Noli at Noli on Monday, and they will be hosting DP Christian on Wednesday, at Cottonwood. The girls team plays at 3:15 and the boys team plays at 4:15. On the second Day of the Great Kindness, our PLUS Students wrote positive sticky notes that were placed on every desk for students and staff to find when they arrived at school on Tuesday. In order to bring the 4th Grade Social Studies Curriculum about the California Mission to life, our 4th Grade Scholars went to the San Luis Rey Mission in Oceanside.
